The BCM team is working on a complete interior renovation of the St. Johns Church in Chico, CA. This building was built in 1910 and last renovated in 1965. The intent for this work is to bring it back to a standard very near the 1910 version with some modern technology. The building will get a whole new interior with new electrical, HVAC, entry doors, etc. All of the stained glass windows will remain. One of the windows was blown out in a storm previous to the 1965 renovations and is being reconstructed and installed. We are excited to share the construction process with you! Take a look at the slide shows below to see theĀ “during” construction photos, as well as theĀ “before” and each stained glass window. Photos taken by Gary Quiring.

The BCM team has been working on a FedEx Freight Facility in Livermore, CA. This project started on August 27, 2019 and is projected to be completed around December of 2020. This project is a combination of pre-engineered metal building and precast concrete panel tilt-up. The building footprint is 54,450 square feet. The parking and truck lanes surrounding the building are all paved concrete which totals about 384,000 square feet. The project also includes a fueling station, and a small guard house at the main entrance gate.
We have about 70% of this project completed. This slide show below shows this project from August of 2019 – June of 2020. Look at the amazing progress our team has made in just 10 months!
