This FedEx building is a 54,450 square foot cross dock facility. It is a complete build out which includes offices, a maintenance shop, a fueling station, a 750KVA back-up generator, and a 13 acre concrete paved site with concrete retaining walls. This project includes a combination of pre-engineered metal building and precast concrete panel tilt-up. Our team also completed off site street improvements with signalized intersections, upgraded underground infrastructure, street pavement repairs, and landscaping.
