Lease-leaseback

To overcome the inefficiencies of the traditional design/bid/build delivery method for publicworks construction, BCM has successfully deployed the lease-leaseback construction delivery method (LLB) for several public-sector projects.

Lease-leaseback

Under the lease-leaseback method, contractor and agency form a partnership based on collaboration and transparency, bypassing the traditional owner-builder modality.

Contact BCM today to discuss your project with a general contractor experienced in the lease-leaseback construction method.

WHAT IS LEASE-LEASEBACK?

Under a lease-leaseback construction agreement, an agency leases a building or building site to a general contractor for a minimum of one dollar per year. Once the project is complete, the general contractor sub-leases the property back to the agency for a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).
