Ron is known as the “turnaround / detail guy”. He has extensive experience in the construction industry and has worked on projects of all sizes including government and private sector projects. Ron transforms over-budget and delayed projects into under-budget and ahead of schedule projects. He has managed teams of 100 members in multi-location organizations. Ron is great at resolving issues while maintaining focus on total operations, impacts and consequences. He has dual citizenship between the United States and Canada. He is a licensed pilot of aircrafts and helicopters and enjoys skydiving.
