Nestled in the Shenandoah Valley amongst the El Dorado foothills, BCM constructed this brand new facility for the premium wines of Monteviña, a member of the Trinchero/Sutter Home family of wineries. This architectural concrete tilt-up panel constructed project was multi-phased covering approximately 80,000 square feet.  Tilt-up panel construction is not only cost-effective and time efficient, they also afford many opportunities for increased energy efficiency and aesthetic customization.
