The THERMOMASS® Building System has allowed the Mondavi Winery to be able to maintain an accurate temperature (within 2-3 degrees) in its 72,000 square foot wine barrel storage facility. Mondavi chose THERMOMASS® because of its edge-to-edge insulation design. The non-conductive fiber composite connectors eliminate thermal transfer and increase temperature control within the building.
