The personal safety and health of every person on a BCM job site is of primary importance to us. For this reason, BCM maintains a comprehensive Injury and Illness Prevention Program which conforms to the letter of the law. Construction is a potentially hazardous industry, so we do everything in our power to provide any and all training and physical facilities required to maintain the highest level of safety and health.

Over the years, BCM has been virtually injury-free as evidenced by our low Worker's Compensation "Mod-Rate", one of the lowest in the construction industry. Our program works because management insists that all supervisors and employees embody the proper attitude towards injury and illness prevention. This cooperation is integral to the success of our company. Periodic job site inspections and training sessions by our Risk Manager are important elements in keeping the program foremost in the minds of our employees.
