Quality Control

It is acknowledged that quality control, during both the design and construction phases, is of the utmost importance to you and BCM. Once we decide what will be designed and built, you deserve the finest quality available. Quality is a BCM trademark.

During the design phase of the project, we are concerned with more than just the content. The context is often underestimated. If the documents are well prepared, the reviewer can check them quickly and accurately. We use computer-generated drawings and base sheets for continuity and clarity. Samples of our designs will be brought to the interview for your review.

For the construction phase of the project, BCM will create Site Specific Quality Control Manual from our general. Each phase of the project will have a mandatory check point. Our Quality Control Representatives will ensure:

• All submittals and certifications are received in a timely fashion
• All tests and inspections are performed
• All reports are properly documented
• Quality Control Reports are filled out and signed daily
• All materials delivered to the job site are inspected for compliance
• Quality Compliance with subcontractors and vendors
• Cooperation with your appointed testing laboratories
